Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Salary: 45,000 PKR to 55,000 PKR (Based on experience and skills) plus commission
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the sales/admissions team to achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Coordinate between academic, marketing, and customer service departments to streamline the admissions process.
- Handle inquiries from prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM software.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.
- Resolve student queries and ensure a positive admission experience.
- Identify process improvements and assist in developing team training programs.
Requirements
- Education: Intermediate.
- Experience: At least 04–05 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Personality: Energetic, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Team Management: Ability to motivate, train, and evaluate team members effectively.
