Sales Team Lead

We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Lead for our retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the sales team, managing daily outlet operations, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Implement sales strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
• Lead and manage the outlet sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, training, and guidance.
• Ensure smooth outlet operations, including display, cleanliness, and stock management.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Factory for stock requirements, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Maintain sales reports and share them with management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs at the outlet.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role in Outlet.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Expert in ERP software with strong command of sales, inventory, and reporting modules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 3 years (Required)
