Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and target new business opportunities and expand the company's client.
- Cultivate relationship with prospective clients through networking, cold calling.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt service delivery.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize service offerings and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development effectiveness
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors' activities.
- Analyze industry data and market intelligence to develop strategies for maximizing business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field and B tech or MBA or relevant post graduate degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development or Sales ( Edu - Tech Industry preferred )
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the service industry and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated, result oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
