Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities and expand the company's client.
  • Cultivate relationship with prospective clients through networking, cold calling.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt service delivery.
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize service offerings and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development effectiveness
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors' activities.
  • Analyze industry data and market intelligence to develop strategies for maximizing business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field and B tech or MBA or relevant post graduate degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development or Sales ( Edu - Tech Industry preferred )
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of the service industry and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated, result oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
