Sales Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Sales to manage and guide a team of 4–5 sales executives in the educational sector. The candidate should be target-oriented and capable of driving admissions and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of 4–5 sales executives
• Assign daily leads and track follow-ups
• Ensure individual and team targets are achieved
• Support the team in counselling students and parents
• Prepare basic daily and weekly performance reports
• Coordinate with management for admissions and walk-ins

Requirements:

• 6 months –2 years of experience in sales (Education sector preferred)
• Experience in handling a small sales team
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management is a plus
