Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Team Lead to manage, mentor, and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in a team leadership role, strong sales management skills, and excellent command of CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Manage and maintain sales pipelines
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and track KPIs using Excel.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure timely follow up on leads and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and team productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Sales Team Lead or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and develop high performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
