Sales Team Lead

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PKT)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Team Lead to manage, mentor, and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in a team leadership role, strong sales management skills, and excellent command of CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Manage and maintain sales pipelines
  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and track KPIs using Excel.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure timely follow up on leads and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and team productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Sales Team Lead or similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and develop high performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
