Position: Team Lead / Sales Manager

Reports To: Sales Head

Role Summary:

The Sales Lead manages day-to-day operations of SDRs and Closers, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Closers and SDRs.
  • Conduct daily sales huddles and training.
  • Track KPIs: calls, meetings, deals, revenue.
  • Ensure proper qualification of leads.
  • Support Closers during negotiations.
  • Manage CRM and pipeline accuracy.
  • Prepare weekly reports for Sales Head.
  • Maintain process compliance and performance.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years sales or call center experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
