The position involves:

Establishing and driving the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, growth objectives, and KPIs.

Building and expanding a strong customer base across priority industrial segments while strengthening key account relationships.

Identifying new business opportunities and converting pipeline into repeat and long-term customers.

Negotiating commercial agreements and securing strategic supplier and principal partnerships.

Managing pricing strategy, gross margin performance, and credit discipline in coordination with finance.

Leading, coaching, and monitoring the sales team to ensure structured execution and high performance.

Coordinating with operations, procurement, and logistics to ensure reliable and timely order fulfillment.

Maintaining accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM reporting to support sustainable, cash-responsible growth.
We are looking for:
- 10+ years in B2B sales / business development in industrial chemicals distribution/trading in Saudi Arabia and/or GCC.

Demonstrated success in:
-
opening strategic accounts (“door opening”),
-
managing technical selling (trials/approvals), and
-
driving repeat revenue with margin discipline.

Experience managing a sales team (minimum 2–4 direct reports preferred).

Strong commercial competence: pricing, negotiation, contracts, and credit-aware selling.

Working familiarity with chemical distribution documentation and practices (SDS, COA, storage/transport constraints).

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering / Business (or equivalent experience).

Languages: English required; Arabic strongly preferred.
