Sales Team Lead/Asst Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead at our Trivandrum Branch who is passionate, self-driven, and focused individual who can take the education revolution to the next level. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

• Must have sales experience in Education Industry

• Should have experience in handling team and projects with less supervision

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years' of sales experience in Edu industry
• Team handling experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
