Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Team Leader at Taskeen, you will take on a pivotal leadership role, driving the success of the sales team while strategically steering business growth. You will be responsible for setting and executing sales strategies, ensuring the team achieves and exceeds targets, and fostering a high-performance culture. Your ability to mentor, inspire, and lead will be critical in positioning Taskeen as a market leader in the real estate industry.


Job Requirement:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize lead generation and sales processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the local real estate market and industry regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and real estate software applications.
  • Experience in training and developing sales teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
