Job Title: Sales Team Leader – Automobile Industry

Location: Lower parel
Department: Sales
Experience: 4–7 years (at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role in automobile sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Drive showroom and field sales for new vehicles, accessories, insurance, and finance.
  • Train and develop the sales team on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience, handling escalations, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to generate leads.
  • Coordinate with CRM, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.
  • Maintain compliance with dealership and OEM standards.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding automobile sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare action plans.
  • Knowledge of automobile market trends, financing, and insurance processes.

Qualification:

  • Graduate (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred).
  • Automobile industry background is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Automobile Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
