- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of sales executives/telecallers to meet and exceed targets.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills.
- Monitor daily performance through calls, visits, and CRM updates.
- Allocate leads, track follow-ups, and ensure timely conversions.
- Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings to review progress and challenges.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and conversion rates.
- Ensure team discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns escalated by team members.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and motivating environment.
