Sales & Admissions Executive

Location: Ideally Bodrum (Hybrid/Remote from Türkiye possible) • Type: Full-time • Reports to: Portfolio Lead / Head of Sales / CEO

Who We Are

derdiaswelt (DDDW) helps international medical doctors build sustainable careers in Germany — from first contact to contract signing and relocation. We manage a high-trust, end-to-end process between doctors and clinics/hospitals.

Camp Bodrum is our Bodrum-based, on-site preparation program that supports international doctors with equivalency/licensing exams and related onboarding steps. Doctors join intensive cohorts in Bodrum and then, when it fits, continue their journey into jobs in Germany with DDDW.

You will work across both:

  • Converting leads into Camp Bodrum participants (exam prep & onboarding), and
  • Converting qualified candidates into DDDW placement pipelines (Germany-focused career moves).

Role Mission

Drive and support the sales & admissions funnel for DDDW and Camp Bodrum across priority regions (Middle East, CIS/Central Asia, LATAM, Africa, and beyond).

Your core goal:

Turn qualified leads into enrolled Camp Bodrum participants and active DDDW candidates, while protecting a high-trust, transparent experience for doctors at every step.

You’ll follow clear playbooks, work closely with the portfolio leadership, and help us keep our funnels predictable and clean.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Admissions Funnel (DDDW + Camp Bodrum)

  • Manage the full journey for your leads: inbound lead → qualification → call/meeting → offer → commitment (enrolment or placement process).
  • Follow up via WhatsApp / phone / email, answer questions, and handle basic objections.
  • Explain clearly:
  • Camp Bodrum program structure, dates, pricing, payment options.
  • DDDW process steps, timelines, expectations for working in Germany.
  • Help reduce no-shows and early churn by setting expectations and keeping consistent contact.
  • Present scholarship/payment-plan options and fee structures within given guidelines.

Partner & Agent Support

  • Support and nurture relationships with agents and institutional partners (universities, hospitals, associations) assigned to you.
  • Make sure partners have updated decks, FAQs, and key dates for both DDDW and Camp Bodrum.
  • Gather market feedback (questions, objections, competing offers) and share it with the team.

CRM, Pipeline & Reporting

  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene: every lead, activity, and stage is logged and up to date.
  • Keep a clear weekly pipeline view (contacts, calls, offers, enrolments/commitments).
  • Follow agreed activity cadences (number of calls/messages, follow-ups, response times).

Cohorts, Jobs & Revenue Contribution

  • Hit your monthly enrolment targets for Camp Bodrum.
  • Hit your candidate pipeline and placement targets for DDDW (e.g. qualified candidates entering process, offers accepted).
  • Coordinate with Operations on cohort composition (country/specialty mix) and clinic/hospital needs.

Sales Enablement & Market Intelligence

  • Use existing scripts, templates, and FAQs and help improve them with real-world feedback.
  • Share insights on pricing sensitivity, typical objections, market trends, and competitor offers from your regions.
  • Join regular internal “win-room” or review sessions with Marketing & Admissions to improve messaging and campaigns.

Cross-Portfolio Moments

  • Spot and activate natural transitions between Camp Bodrum and DDDW (e.g. a doctor finishing exam prep and ready for Germany).
  • Introduce other portfolio services (Libelle Academy, Notarized Translations, Next Recruitment) only when they clearly add value to the doctor’s journey.

Travel & Work Setup

  • Living in Bodrum is a huge plus — you’ll be close to the camp, teams, and visiting doctors.
  • Hybrid/remote work from elsewhere in Türkiye is possible.
  • You must be able and willing to travel occasionally between Bodrum and Istanbul for:
  • Team meetings
  • Events / fairs
  • Partner and clinic visits

What You Bring

  • Experience:
  • 1–3 years in sales or admissions in healthcare, education, recruitment/relocation, or professional services
  • OR very strong trainee/internship experience with measurable sales/admissions results.
  • Languages:
  • Fluent Turkish and English — required.
  • German, Russian, or Arabic are strong pluses but not mandatory.
  • Commercial & Operational Skills:
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, basic pipeline management, and working to monthly quotas.
  • Structured follow-up habits; you don’t “forget” leads.
  • Basic understanding of pricing, discounts, and payment plans (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Mindset & Soft Skills:
  • High-trust, empathetic communication with doctors making big life decisions.
  • Strong ethics — no overpromising, no pressure tactics.
  • Comfortable with high WhatsApp/phone volume and multicultural communication.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a small, agile team.

KPIs (Priority Order)

  • Camp Bodrum enrolments (monthly/quarterly)
  • DDDW candidate funnel health & conversion (qualified leads → active candidates → offers/accepts)
  • Conversion rates (offer → enrolment/commitment), show-up rate, early churn
  • CRM hygiene & activity discipline (data completeness, on-time follow-ups)
  • Contribution to basic unit economics (staying within agreed CAC/discount rules)
