Wasla Group based in Muscat since 2016 , it has been established as a HR Outsourcing and Sales service provider in the Sultanate of Oman.

Our outsourcing solutions are categorized into two main areas:

  • Back Office Outsourcing:
  • This includes internal business functions such as billing, purchasing, and other administrative processes.
  • Front Office Outsourcing:
  • This covers customer-facing operations such as marketing, technical support, sales, and HR outsourcing.

Role Description

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales function, while leading a sales team through effective guidance, training, and mentorship.

The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth and achieve the company’s revenue targets.

In addition, the Sales Team Leader is accountable for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s sales strategies. Ultimately, this role contributes to increasing profitability and ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and successful.

D2D Sales Team Management:

Lead, supervise, and support a Door-to-Door (D2D) sales team responsible for promoting and selling fiber optic internet services.

Sales Leadership:

Guide a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring a minimum of 650 connected orders per month.

Performance Management:

Monitor and evaluate team performance through daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (by channel and staff).

Provide coaching, ongoing feedback, and individual support to enhance productivity.

Conduct monthly team meetings to review updates and action plans.

Manage performance actions such as issuing warnings when needed and recognizing high performers (e.g., incentives or gifts).

Lead Conversion:

Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into successful sales and ensure consistent pipeline movement.

Product Presentation:

Clearly present product features, advantages, and benefits to prospective customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

Sales Strategy Implementation:

Execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase market share and meet revenue goals.

This includes:

  • Establishing the D2D Sales Team from A–Z (hiring, training, structuring, and deployment).
  • Organizing kiosk activations and events.
  • Managing temporary company kiosks to generate additional leads and visibility.

Qualifications

  • 5 years in sales leadership position .
  • Outdoor Sales Experience .
  • English and Urdu speaker .
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role .
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Muscat
