We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to oversee and manage a sales team for credit cards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, guiding team members, and driving business growth through effective leadership and strategic sales planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed credit card sales targets.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to enhance performance and ensure a high level of motivation.
  • Target Achievement: Set team sales targets, monitor progress, and implement strategies to ensure success.
  • Business Development: Identify new customer acquisition opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and expand market reach.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all sales activities comply with banking regulations and company policies..
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track team performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in banking sales, preferably in credit cards.
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader in a financial institution or sales-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE banking regulations and financial products.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive a sales team and meet aggressive targets.
