Supervise and manage the daily activities of the sales team.
Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them in coordination with senior management.
Train and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and workshops.
Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular feedback and support.
Assist in handling key clients and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Prepare and present regular performance reports and sales forecasts.
Stay updated with market trends and competitors’ activities and propose development strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Ability to work under pressure.
Open to receiving feedback for self-improvement and delivers feedback to others in a respectful and encouraging manner.
Have a strong desire for personal and professional development through ongoing learning and participation in training initiatives.
Embraces change and is willing to explore new methods, ideas, and experiences with a growth mindset.
Sales Professional Certifications are a plus.
PMP certificate is an advantage.
