Team Leader – Sales (B2C)
Job Summary
SLBS Marklance is looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader – Sales (B2C) to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales background in the EdTech or related industry, and the ability to drive team targets while ensuring excellent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2C sales executives
· Drive individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
· Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and feedback
· Handle sales planning, pipeline management, and conversion strategies
· Ensure effective follow-up on leads and maintain high conversion ratios
· Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead flow and campaign execution
· Handle escalations, customer concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction
· Prepare and submit sales reports and performance metrics to management
· Maintain discipline, motivation, and productivity within the team
Requirements & Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (EdTech or related field preferred)
· At least 2 years of proven experience in team handling
· Strong knowledge of B2C sales processes and inside sales
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
· Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales goals
· Immediate joiners will be given preference
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
