is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Team Leader
to spearhead our growth strategy within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales and business development, specifically within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency environment. This role requires deep knowledge of the GCC market's business landscape, key industries, and cultural nuances.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans geared towards achieving targets in the GCC market.

Identify new business opportunities and potential growth sectors within the GCC.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
2. Sales Team Management:

Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and collective goals.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and monitor their progress.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
3. Business Development and Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and stakeholders in the GCC market.

Lead major contract negotiations and close significant deals.

Deeply understand the specific needs and requirements of GCC clients and tailor offerings accordingly.
4. Market Expertise:

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities in GCC to ensure our strategies remain competitive.

Use GCC market knowledge to identify challenges and potential roadblocks, developing plans to overcome them.
Requirements

Minimum of [5-7 years] of progressive experience in Sales, with at least [ 2-3 years] in a Sales Management or leadership role.

Direct and proven work experience within the GCC market is essential.

Prior experience working with and coordinating efforts with Marketing Agencies to achieve combined sales and marketing objectives.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performance team.

Proficiency in CRM systems (ZOHO).

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
