We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Team Leader to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong leadership abilities and solid real estate experience within the UAE market.

We are not simply looking for an experienced real estate agent — we are looking for a true leader who can inspire, guide, and elevate a team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Drive sales targets and ensure team KPIs are consistently achieved
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing performance support
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitor market trends within the Dubai/UAE real estate sector

Requirements

• Proven real estate experience in Dubai or the UAE (mandatory)
• Previous leadership or team management experience (real estate or other industries)
• Strong knowledge of the UAE property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• RERA certification (preferred)
• Maintain strong client relationships and support team deal closures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations
