Sales Team Leader - Dubai Real Estate (Off Plan)

SKG is looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to join our growing real estate brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, team management, and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent client service and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Real Estate Dubai Experience Mandatory
• Proven leadership experience — currently or previously handled a sales team.
• Strong understanding of Dubai property trends, communities, and transaction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and passionate about real estate.
