Job description

*📍 Location*: Dokki, Giza

6 days : Sunday to Thursday ( On-site ) Saturday ( Remotely )

🕒 Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

💼 Job Type: Full-time

📅 Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in Sales (at least 1 year in a Team Leader role)

*Compensation Package* :

• Basic Salary (10k : 13k)
• Commission on Team Target ( Minimum Achieved )

*About the Role* :

Expert Engineers is looking for a Sales Team Leader with strong experience in the educational / training field to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, setting sales strategies, and ensuring the team achieves and exceeds targets.

*Qualifications* :

- 6+ years of proven sales experience (at least 1 year in a leadership role).

- Strong background in sales within the education / training industry.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of exceeding goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in the training & educational sector.

- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

- Handle key client accounts and support the closing of high-value deals.

- Prepare sales reports and analyze KPIs to support management decisions.

- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
