Business Development Manager (AI & SaaS)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Growth Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and enterprise clients within the AI and SaaS ecosystem.
  • Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and strategic partners.
  • Strategic Sales Development Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand Future Group's AI product adoption.
  • Market & Opportunity Analysis Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Solution Evangelism Present and demonstrate AI solutions to senior executives and stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into clear business value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements align with product offerings and capabilities.


Requirements for the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within AI, SaaS, or technology sectors.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and close high-value deals.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
