The position of Business Development Specialist is responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing clients.
Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and strategic targeting.

Reach decision-makers to promote and sell company services.

Create and send professional email campaigns to attract and engage potential clients.

Conduct cold calls to introduce services, nurture leads, and secure opportunities.

Maintain and update client data, sales tasks, and activities in HubSpot CRM.

Follow up with clients to address inquiries, build trust, and foster long-term relationships.

Take ownership of client needs, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Analyze sales activities to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth
Requirements:
-
3 years of experience as a business development in the Translation industry.

BSc/BA in business administration, or a relevant field.

Experience working closely with a marketing team.

Proven B2B sales track record (closing new business)

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)

Proficiency in English.

Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
