Job Description:
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving ticketing and group sales revenue for the Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids of Giza. The role oversees day‑to‑day sales operations, manages frontline sales teams, maintains relationships with B2B partners (travel agencies, corporates, tour operators), and ensures sales targets, service standards, and commercial objectives are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and annual ticketing and group‑sales targets.
- Identify new revenue opportunities across tourism companies, DMCs, schools, corporates, and event organizers.
- Monitor demand patterns and propose promotional packages, seasonal deals, and bulk sales initiatives.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Commercial Director.
2. B2B & Partner Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with tourism and travel partners to maximize group bookings.
- Coordinate with corporate clients for private show bookings, venue activations, and special events.
- Ensure timely communication of show schedules, availability, capacity, and pricing updates.
3. Customer Experience & Ticketing Quality Control
- Ensure the ticket desks operate smoothly and are fully equipped at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues escalated by the sales team.
- Ensure all policies related to pricing, discounts, cancellations, and special rates are followed accurately.
4. Coordination With Internal Departments
- Align closely with Operations to communicate group bookings, show capacities, and guest flow needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing for campaigns, offers, and promotional activities.
- Work with Finance to ensure proper reconciliation of sales transactions and cash handling.
5. Reporting & Systems
- Maintain accurate daily sales logs, group booking records, and revenue tracking sheets.
- Use the ticketing & CRM system to update bookings, monitor inventory, and track inquiries.

Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market feedback to support commercial decision‑making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales roles (preferably in attractions, tourism, or entertainment).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Spanish, German, French) are a plus.
- Experience in tourism, attractions, entertainment, or hospitality sectors preferred
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
