Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives.
- Conduct daily/weekly team meetings and sales huddles.
- Assign leads and monitor activity levels and KPIs.
2. Sales Performance & Target Achievement
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Track sales metrics: conversions, pipeline, revenue, and call/activity targets.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve growth goals.
3. Training & Coaching
- Provide ongoing coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify skill gaps.
- Support new team members during onboarding.
4. Pipeline & CRM Management
- Oversee sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM updates.
- Review team leads, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
- Analyse reports to identify trends and propose improvements.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
6. Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Forecast sales and plan resources accordingly.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management.
7. Process Improvement
- Identify operational gaps and optimize the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams.
- Implement best practices to enhance team efficiency.
