SASA Real Estate is seeking a highly experienced Sales Team Leader to drive our off-plan property sales. The ideal candidate must come with his own active sales team and have strong working relationships with leading developers in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
· Bring and manage an existing off-plan sales team
· Drive off-plan property sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
· Maintain and leverage strong relationships with developers
· Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
· Monitor team KPIs, closures, and pipeline
· Coordinate closely with management to scale off-plan sales
· Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
Requirements:
· 7–10 years of proven experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai
· Must currently manage or bring his own sales team
· Strong and active developer connections in the Dubai market
· Demonstrated leadership and consistent closing record
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Immediate joiner only
Compensation & Benefits:
· Fixed salary
