Key Responsibilities-
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans

Generate leads and build strong client relationships

Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance
-
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
-
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
-
Handle objections professionally and close high-value deals
-
Prepare accurate reports, proposals, and sales forecasts
-
Ensure exceptional client experience and identify new business opportunities
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
-
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader (Real Estate preferred)

Background in Real Estate or Banking is a must
-
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Must own a car
