Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Assign tasks, set daily/weekly/monthly goals, and ensure team productivity.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, reports, and regular evaluations.
- Conduct training and coaching sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing and management to align sales goals with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
