What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve renewal conversion targets and KPIs.

Monitor team performance and ensure consistent execution of renewal sales strategies.

Provide coaching and regular feedback to improve team members’ communication skills, call quality, and sales effectiveness.

Analyze student learning progress and customer data to support the team in offering tailored renewal solutions.

Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the renewal process.

Organize daily huddles, track team metrics, and drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Academic, Customer Support) to optimize the customer journey and drive student retention.

Report team and individual performance to management with recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, sales or any related field, including 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.

Professional proficiency in English in both writing and speaking.

Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to lead by example.

Target-driven, with a solid understanding of sales strategy and customer lifecycle management.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
