As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a “Sales & Technical Support Engineer” with below requirements for our global client operating in HVAC sector.


Qualifications

  • University graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Control Engineering
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in HVAC market
  • A background and/or knowledge in building automation systems is an asset
  • Located on the Asian side of Istanbul
  • Outgoing personality
  • Effective communicator and strong presentation skills
  • Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office applications
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English
  • Strong work ethic, responsibility, self-accountability,
  • Customer focused, reliable, flexible and cooperative.
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as on own
  • No restrictions to travel and active driver


Requirements

  • Prepare customer quotations that are on time, technically accurate, commercially verified, offering the best solution
  • Analyse solution of competitor and benchmark of products
  • Follow-up on quotations with customers as agreed with Outside Sales
  • Maintain accurate and complete records in CRM
  • Answer customer questions
  • Provide advice on technical solutions and benefits
  • Attending customer meetings as required, including customer site visits
  • Providing high-quality technical support, performing a wide range of activities on Control Valves + Actuators + Sensors and Competitor products
  • Analysis including technical market research, technical requirements and competitive analysis, solution implementation, benchmark of products.
  • Support the customers during the commission and start up phases of the products
  • Conduct application training to above reference key decision makers
  • Work with specifying engineers and design-build contractors to help specify the Valves & Actuators products
  • Engaged in design and creation of technical marketing materials for Sales and Marketing to positively influence the sale activities
  • Have the capabilities of independent study, research, and authoring competitive technical marketing documents
  • Provide support to quality cases and support customers for their technical demands. Documenting troubleshooting and problem-solving steps. Must be able to identify and resolve customer engagement issues; Escalate to HQ if appropriate.
