Sales & Tele Marketing Executive (Female)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Telemarketing Executive (Female) The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in sales, client handling, and lead generation within this specific domain. This role requires someone who is confident on calls, persuasive, and able to manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to identify and contact potential corporate clients.

Research and identify businesses that may benefit from our corporate gifting solutions.

Maintain a database of leads and regularly update contact information.

Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the range of corporate gifting products and services offered by the company.

Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and customization options to potential clients.

Client Engagement: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to assess their gifting needs and preferences.

Build and nurture relationships with clients to establish trust and rapport.

Sales Pitch and Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of each prospect.

Create and present proposals, quotes, and product catalogs to potential clients.

Objection Handling: Address client objections and concerns with professionalism and product knowledge.

Overcome objections and guide clients towards making informed decisions.

Follow-Up and Closure: Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule to ensure leads are actively pursued.

Work towards closing sales deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Data Management: Keep accurate records of interactions, calls, and sales opportunities in the company's CRM system.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities to the sales manager.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our products and services.

Provide feedback and insights to the company for product improvement and development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the corporate gifting industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong sales acumen with knowledge of sales tactics, client management, and lead generation.
  • Must be proficient in MS OFFICE.
  • Good understanding of production processes related to corporate gifting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, client-focused attitude.

Visa : Visa will be provided to the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
