Job Title: Sales Trainee (Freshers)

About the Role

We are hiring freshers with good spoken English and strong chatting skills to join our sales team. You will receive 1 month free training in-house, learning how to generate income through sales using platforms like Discord and Twitch. Certifications will be provided after completing required training and performance milestones.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-house training sessions (1-month free training) on sales techniques via Discord & Twitch
• Practice chatting, verbal sales pitches, client engagement, and closing deals
• Work with provided leads and tools
• Meet sales targets to begin full compensation

What We’re Looking For

• Freshers based in Karachi, able to attend in-house work at North Nazimabad, Block A
• Good spoken English and comfortable in chat conversations
• Motivated, confident, and eager to learn sales techniques
• Target-oriented, with good communication and persuasion skills

Compensation

• Training Period (1 month): Free (no salary)
• After achieving required sales / targets: Salary starts at PKR 17,000 + commission on sales
• Certificates will be provided upon successful training and performance

Shift Timings

• Night shift required (hours to be discussed during interview)
