Sales Trainee (Omani National)

Cloud Consultancy for Digitalization & Security (CCDS) is seeking motivated Omani Sales Trainees to join our team in Muscat. This is a full-time, on-site training role designed to develop future sales professionals within the cybersecurity and IT industry.

The Sales Trainee will support the sales team through customer communication, sales activities, customer service, and assistance with sales management tasks, while receiving structured training and hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with customers and prospects
• Support sales activities and daily sales operations
• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Assist the sales management team with coordination and reporting
• Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning

Requirements

• Omani National (Female or Male)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Interest or basic knowledge in cybersecurity and IT (preferred)
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
