As a Sales Trainer, you’ll design and deliver impactful onboarding and skills development programs for new hires and existing team members. Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Training Program Development

Develop and deliver effective training plans for new sales team members, ensuring a smooth and comprehensive onboarding process including access & system provisioning.

Design and implement engaging sales training modules covering product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation skills, and company best practices.

Create and tailor training sessions to address team-specific and individual skill gaps.

Skills Enhancement & Coaching

Assess training needs and develop customized learning plans for continuous skill improvement.

Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales representatives, offering personalized support and performance feedback.

Lead interactive workshops, seminars, and role-play scenarios to teach advanced sales strategies and closing techniques.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Analyze sales data and training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.

Collaborate with Sales Managers, Quality, and other stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business goals and addresses identified development needs.

Design competency frameworks for key sales roles.

Subject Matter Expertise & Best Practices

Serve as a product and service subject matter expert, with a deep understanding of the company’s value proposition.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging sales methodologies to continuously enhance training content.

Participate in client-facing presentations as needed, demonstrating effective sales techniques.

Work with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and share best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
-
3+ years of experience in a sales training or enablement role.

Proven experience designing and delivering sales training programs, preferably in software, SaaS, IT services, or system integration sectors.

Hands-on sales expertise with a strong grasp of sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, Winning by Design, etc.).

Experience engaging with training cohorts both in-person and remotely.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and motivational skills.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess learning outcomes and adapt programs accordingly.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Tech-savvy, comfortable with emerging technologies and sales enablement tools.

Fluent English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
