Job Summary:
Win Win Marketing & Developers Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly experienced and energetic Sales Trainer to train, develop, and enhance the performance of the real estate sales team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in real estate marketing, including housing societies and high-rise projects, along with a proven track record of conducting professional sales training sessions in reputable organizations. The candidate should be aware of modern sales techniques, market trends, digital sales tools, CRM systems, customer handling strategies, and team performance improvement methods.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional sales training sessions for new and existing sales staff.
- Develop and implement training modules related to real estate sales and customer dealing.
- Train teams on lead generation, client conversion, closing techniques, and follow-up strategies.
- Provide practical guidance regarding society projects, high-rise developments, and investment sales.
- Monitor sales team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Train employees on CRM software, reporting tools, and modern sales techniques.
- Keep the sales department updated regarding current market trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct roleplays, motivational sessions, and performance workshops.
- Coordinate with management to improve sales targets and team productivity.
- Provide weekly/monthly performance report.
11. Prepare training reports / training records, assessments, and performance evaluations.
Hiring Criteria: Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in real estate sales training.
- Experience working with reputable real estate companies.
- Strong knowledge of real estate societies and high-rise projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
- Strong understanding of modern sales tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to train large teams and improve overall sales performance.
- Professional personality with leadership and mentoring capabilities.
