Position: Sales Trainer – Arabic Speaker
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Industry: Fitness & Wellness / Gym Equipment
Salary: AED 8,000 – 9,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Sales Trainer to support and develop sales teams within the fitness and wellness industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving sales performance, enhancing product knowledge, and delivering effective sales training programs for retail and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct sales training programs for sales staff and showroom teams.
• Train employees on product features, demonstrations, customer engagement, and consultative selling techniques.
• Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and SOPs.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees.
• Monitor sales performance and identify training needs.
• Coach team members on upselling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Conduct regular product knowledge sessions on fitness and wellness equipment.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance tracking.
• Support management in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on fitness industry trends and competitor products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in fitness, wellness, retail, or sports equipment industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Experience in training retail and B2B sales teams.
• Knowledge of gym equipment, fitness products, or wellness solutions is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and training tools.
• UAE experience preferred.
