Sales Training Manager

Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a dynamic Training Sales Account Manager to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, specializing in Professional and HSE Training Solutions for the Oil & Gas sector.

This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in training services who is passionate about driving growth and building long-term partnerships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Training Managers and stakeholders in the Oil & Gas sector across the Eastern Province.
  • Identify client training needs and design tailored proposals for leadership, safety, technical, and professional development programs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal academic and delivery teams to ensure high-quality program execution and compliance with industry standards.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in the Oil & Gas training market.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in training sales, preferably with Oil & Gas clients.
  • Proven record of success in promoting and delivering HSE or technical training programs.
  • Strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry standards and compliance requirements for training.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
