Job Title: Sales Training Specialist

Job Summary

The Sales Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. This role focuses on equipping sales representatives with the product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer relationship skills needed to achieve business targets and improve overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales training programs, materials, and resources.

Conduct onboarding training for new sales hires, ensuring they are ready to achieve targets quickly.

Deliver training sessions on sales techniques, negotiation skills, product knowledge, and CRM usage.

Collaborate with sales manager to identify training needs based on performance gaps.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, role-plays, and performance tracking. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new selling methodologies.

Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales team members.

Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales training, sales management

Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

Ability to motivate and engage participants.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and training best practices.

Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.
