Job Summary
Efficient Tourism LLC is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Travel Consultant to join our team. The role involves actively promoting and selling travel services, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction while consistently achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and sell travel packages, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities.
- Lead Conversion: Manage inbound leads and walk-in clients, converting inquiries into high-value sales.
- Documentation: Prepare and present professional quotations, detailed itineraries, and travel proposals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Upselling: Cross-sell and upsell additional services such as travel insurance, airport transfers, and add-on activities.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated with tourism market trends, competitor offers, and local promotions.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a sales role within the tourism or travel industry. * Market Knowledge: Previous experience in the UAE tourism market is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with GDS (Amadeus) or online booking platforms is a plus.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attributes: A positive, proactive personality with the ability to work under pressure and hit targets.
