Sales Unit Head - Abu Dhabi
Manage and Oversee Sales Operations tasks. Aid in providing continuous improvement on sales and overall business growth. Must have an in-depth understanding of all company products and services, and the skills and industry knowledge required to sell them. implementing regulations and policies and performing in-depth market research, preparing sales forecasts and advertising budgets, as well as updating existing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Strategies

Develop plans and strategies for organization products sales by conducting research to understand, analyze, market research and improvement plans to maximize sales target.
Preparing Research & Documentation
-
Oversee and execute research and information needs are identified, supervise their progress, ensure that all research projects are conducted and implemented in accordance with timelines and set objectives.

Supervise the team and provide recommendations and suggestions on best practices on product sales to serve the achievement of the goals and priorities of overall target and objectives.

Manage implementation of the sales strategy and regular monitoring and reporting.

Manage the team to sell the organization products at the local and international levels, assist in searching for the behavioural patterns of the target audiences in relation to market industry.

Identifying and developing sales methodologies, methods, and standards to provide information and setting sales targets.E

Ensure to develop all required sales reports daily, monthly and quarterly.

Develop and build excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow this example.

Create and build a reliable network of stakeholders.

Carry out any other duties and responsibilities related to the role at the request of the direct manager

Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Strategic Contribution

Ensure effective cascading of the functional strategy into section business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing sectional strategies.
People Management

Ensure effective achievement of assigned objectives through the leadership of the Section by setting of individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff to maximize performance.

Act as a role model, drive adherence to organizational values and ethics of the assigned section to foster a value driven culture within the organization.
Budgeting & Financial Planning

Develop the preparation of the units budget, monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring all sectional activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

Ensure effective implementation of functional policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned section activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
Reporting

Oversee all section reports are prepared timely and accurately, meeting company requirements, policies, and quality standards.
Education qualification :
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.

10-12 years of experience in the field of Sales & Marketing, or its equivalent.

Must have experience in dealing and managing relationship with Destination Management Company

Experience in setting up pop-up shop (Retail / F&B)
