Job Summary:
Dsolutions General Trading Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to support and grow our IT solutions and perfume sales divisions (B2B & B2C). The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, business development, and achieving sales targets. The position is open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
a) Develop and manage B2B & B2C sales opportunities for IT solutions and perfume products

b) Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development activities

c) Prepare quotations, proposals, follow-ups, and sales reports

d) Build and maintain long-term client relationships

e) Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs

Candidate Requirements:
a) Transferable visa (Article 18 only)
Valid Kuwaiti driving license

b) Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

c) Strong knowledge of IT tools, MS Office, email communication, and CRM systems

d) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

e) Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and target-oriented mindset
