Sales Virtual Assistant - Insurance

Working Days: 5 days working a week

Working Hours:

The position involves rotational shifts, which can start anytime between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, with a 10-hour work schedule.

Joining time / Notice Period: 30 days

2+ years of experience in a high-volume outbound calling/telemarketing role.

Proficiency in CRM/AMS platforms for documentation and pipeline management.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding daily/weekly sales targets (calls, quotes, appointments).

Exceptional professional phone presence and the ability to quickly build rapport.

Experience in the Insurance industry (P&C or Life) is strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
