Sales Woman / Receptionist

Amanies Co. require experienced Saleswoman / Receptionist for their Cake Shop in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Communicating and responding effectively to customer questions, locating merchandise, and providing requested assistance on merchandise.
• Answering phone calls and taking orders from customers for cakes and other bakery items.
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience in Sales
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in Sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
