We are seeking a high-performing Sales Account Manager specializing in the Banking and Telecom sectors to drive growth for our cybersecurity portfolio, including SOC-in-a-Box, GRC consulting, DevSecOps security, and advanced cyber defense solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong industry relationships, deep understanding of cyber needs in regulated sectors, and a proven track record of closing high-value technology deals.

Key Responsibilities1. Sector-Focused Account Growth (Banking & Telecom)

  • Own and grow assigned banking and telecom accounts across the UAE and GCC.
  • Identify expansion opportunities for cybersecurity solutions, managed services, and consulting engagements.
  • Build multi-level relationships across CISO, SOC, Risk, Compliance, Digital, and IT teams.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Position ITS as a trusted cybersecurity advisor by understanding each organization’s regulatory, operational, and technology challenges (CBUAE, NESA, TDRA, Telecom Security Frameworks).
  • Conduct regular business reviews and follow-up meetings with stakeholders.

3. Sales & Opportunity Management

  • Develop a strong pipeline within the banking and telecom sectors, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → solution alignment → proposals → negotiations → close.
  • Work closely with presales, delivery, and consulting teams to create winning proposals and tailored solution designs.

4. Deal Strategy & Commercial Leadership

  • Shape deal strategy for major cybersecurity programs: SOC transformation, SIEM/SOAR modernization, cloud security, API security, DevSecOps assessments, compliance frameworks, and managed security services.
  • Structure commercial proposals, pricing models, and contracting strategies for enterprise accounts.
  • Negotiate terms to ensure profitable and sustainable engagements.

5. Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning

  • Stay current with new cybersecurity regulations, NIST/ISO changes, industry shifts, and competitive offerings in the banking and telecom sectors.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs to enhance SOC Designer, SOC Checker, GRC solutions, and migration kits.

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of sales or account management experience in cybersecurity, IT solutions, or enterprise technology.
  • Strong network within UAE banking and telecom sectors (CISO offices, Risk, IT Security, Digital Transformation, Cloud).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large enterprise deals.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity technologies, SIEM/SOAR, threat detection, cloud security, DevSecOps, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent (preferred).

Compensation

  • Competitive commission-based structure with high-earning potential on closed deals.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Cybersecurity Selling: 2 years (Preferred)
  • UAE Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
