Sales/Barista/Coffee

Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, espresso, teas, and specialty drinks accurately
• Maintain speed during rush hours
• Keep workstation clean and stocked
• Follow recipes and portion control
• Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic way

Sampling Duties:

• Prepare fresh sample drinks (small cups, high-quality)
• Offer samples proactively: “Free sample! Try our most popular drink!”
• Recommend items based on samples
• Keep samples cold/fresh and refill consistently

Sales Associate / Front Counter

Main Focus: Sales + customer interaction

Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer immediately
• Take orders and handle POS system
• Upsell (extra shots, flavors, cold foam, combos)
• Maintain menu knowledge
• Keep front area clean and organized

Sampling Duties:

•Stand outside or near entrance offering samples

• Attract customers with energy and voice
• Direct customers to menu after sampling
• Convert tasters into buyers

Pay: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour
