A Sales/Brand Promoter engages customers to build brand awareness, educate on products, and drive sales, often in retail or events, by giving demos, offering samples, answering questions, achieving targets, setting up displays, and reporting sales data, acting as the friendly, knowledgeable face of the brand to create positive experiences and conversions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet, interact with, and build rapport with customers to understand needs.
  • Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of products to answer questions, explain features, and compare with competitors.
  • Demonstrations & Samples: Conduct live demos, provide samples, and create engaging presentations.
  • Sales & Targets: Achieve individual and team sales goals, close sales, and contribute to revenue.
  • Brand Representation: Create a positive brand image, distribute materials, and maintain brand consistency.
  • Display & Setup: Set up attractive product displays, kiosks, or booths.
  • Reporting: Track sales figures, customer feedback, and report activity to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
