Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand client objectives and provide strategic solutions for events, exhibitions, and activations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations, creative) to deliver projects as per client expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and event concepts.
  • Ensure timely communication, approvals, and updates to clients.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Handle on-ground event management, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Resolve client concerns effectively while maintaining a positive relationship.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
