Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
- Pitch BeastDrive products/services and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
- Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for feedback and lead quality improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred in automotive or rental industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Basic computer literacy (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.).
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a professional attitude.
