Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
  • Pitch BeastDrive products/services and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for feedback and lead quality improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred in automotive or rental industry).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a professional attitude.
