Salesforce Administrator

Job purpose:

Responsible for supporting Sales, Community, and Marketing departments in Hyde Park Developments with their system requirements and implementing necessary changes into Salesforce of products.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Configure standard Salesforce functionality (objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows,).
  • Customize Lightning components and page layouts to enhance user experience.
  • Perform data imports, updates, and exports using tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
  • Ensure data integrity and cleanliness through regular audits and deduplication processes.
  • Design and implement automation using flows, process builders, workflow rules, and approval processes.
  • Create, manage, and deactivate users, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Maintain user access rights in line with security policies.
  • Maintain and update automation in response to business changes.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for various business units.
  • Provide insights and analytics support to end-users and management.
  • Manage configuration changes and deployment using sandboxes.
  • Coordinate with developers and stakeholders on release schedules and system testing.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce support for bug resolution and platform updates.
  • Provide user training and create documentation (manuals).
  • Serve as the first line of support for user issues and system inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection regulations.
  • Monitor and manage data visibility and sharing rules.
  • Track Salesforce licenses and manage third-party apps and integrations.
  • Liaise with Salesforce Account Executives for renewals or upgrades.
  • Granting user access and permission changes based on defined roles.
  • Implementing minor configuration changes and updates.
  • Creating standard reports, dashboards, and automation logic.
  • Implementing significant changes in process automation.
  • Integrating with external applications or APIs.
  • Changes that may affect data models or impact multiple departments.
  • Advising leadership on Salesforce capabilities and roadmap alignment.
  • Participating in system architecture discussions and scalability planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science or any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience Salesforce application
  • Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science or any relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience as salesforce Consultant, with expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, or related CX modules.
