Salesforce Administrator

Role Objective

The Salesforce Platform Administrator will provide day-to-day operational and enhancement support for the Salesforce ecosystem under a managed services engagement. The role ensures platform stability, performance, security, compliance, and user adoption across the real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration & Configuration

  • Perform daily Salesforce administration activities including user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls in line with security policies.
  • Configure workflows, Salesforce Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and UI enhancements.
  • Monitor platform performance, availability, and data integrity.

Automation, Reporting & Analytics

  • Design and maintain dashboards and management reports covering:
  • Sales pipelines
  • Leasing activities
  • Property portfolios
  • Commissions and performance metrics
  • Support data quality initiatives and governance standards.

Integration & Release Management

  • Support integrations with ERP systems, property management platforms, marketing tools, and data warehouses.
  • Participate in release management activities including sandbox testing, deployments, and change validation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for enhancements and fixes.

Managed Services & Operational Support

  • Provide Level 2 / Level 3 Salesforce support under SLA-driven managed services models.
  • Troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain audit readiness and operational documentation.

Compliance, Security & Adoption

  • Ensure compliance with Qatar / GCC data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support platform training, user enablement, and knowledge transfer.
  • Promote Salesforce adoption and best practices across business users.

Experience & Skills

Mandatory

  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce automation (Flows, workflows) and reporting.
  • Experience working in outsourced, managed services, or augmented resource engagements.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, access models, and data governance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder support skills.

Preferred

  • Exposure to system integrations (ERP, property management, marketing platforms).
  • Familiarity with GCC enterprise IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting real estate, property, leasing, or asset management use cases.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator
