Job summary

We are seeking a Sr Consultant with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Integration Salesforce DevOps SFDC Data SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive Salesforce solutions and optimize business processes. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee SFDC Integration processes to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Provide expertise in Salesforce DevOps to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Manage SFDC Data to ensure data integrity accuracy and accessibility across the organization.
• Develop and customize SFDC Lightning components to improve user experience and functionality.
• Configure Salesforce environments to align with business needs and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system issues and enhancements.
• Conduct regular system audits and prepare detailed reports on system performance and improvements.
• Train and mentor junior team members to build a strong and knowledgeable Salesforce team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all Salesforce-related activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and user satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates.
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of new features.
